高温煅烧磨料是在原棕刚玉生产过程中进行高温煅烧，然后再进行焖火处理。其主要特点为：膨胀系数非常小、亲水性极好、韧性极高、强度大、制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝、不起网状裂纹、无锈斑的特点，因此提高了磨具加工时的精度和磨削效果，尤其适应生产高档固结磨具。
This kind of Brown Fused Alumina grains is calcined at the high temperature, and with the anneal treatment.It is characterized by very low coefficient of linear expansion,very good hydrophilicity, good toughness and high hardness, producing the sintered grinding tools that is characterized by deep blue color after firing, without resillage, without rust and so on.
