概述：General Information

This crusher uses the super alloy cutter to guarantee the service life, and uses the solid frame, high power motor and induced discharge’s separation system to discharge smoothly and separate from fiber easily.
用途：Purpose
用于粉碎含有细小钢丝的大胶块，分离纤维。 The crusher is used to crush the rubber block with small steel wire, and make it separate from fiber.
调整刀具间隙：Adjusting gap of cutter
固定其中一把定刀，以此调整三把主轴上的活动刀于定刀间隙（0.6~1mm），根据活动刀再固定*后一把定刀。Fixing one cutter, and then adjusting the 3 movable cutters at the main shaft and the gap of the fixed cutter (0.6~1mm); afterwards, fix the last cutter according to the movable cutter.
开机检查：Inspection before start-up
在使用前应检查各部紧固是否松动，打开加料盖，手动转动主轴检查刀具与机腔筛网是否异常。合上加料盖并固定，启动电机空转机器，听机器是否有异常声音，看各传动、转动部件是否平稳。Inspect if the fasteners at each section unfasten or not; open the feeding cover, turn the main shaft by hand to see if cutter and sieve works normally; close and fix the feeding cover, and then start the motor to make the crusher run without load, at this time, it should hear if there is any abnormal sound; and see if each transmission component or rotatable part works stably.
注意事项：Precautions
本机转动时不得将手或身体某部置于机器中，粉碎腔内不能进入大于1.5mm铁或金属类坚硬物质。When the crusher works, it is prohibited to put hand or body into the machine; no hard materials, such as the metal with a size of 1.5mm are allowed to access to the crushing cavity.
特点：Features
本机为一体结构，安装方便、效益高（每小时400~600kg）。出料细度可根据需要跟换筛网。The crusher is of an all-in-one structure, it can be installed easily, and work high efficiently (400~600kg per hour). The change of sieve is subject to the fineness of discharge.
安装与维护：Installation and maintenance
本机可独立置于水平地面，需地脚固定。The crusher can be placed on the ground horizontally, fixing by the foundation bolts.
各部运动处因每1000小时加油脂一次。
Each 1000 hours the rotating places must be injected the oil grease for lubrication.
失效与解决：Failure and troubleshooting
1、 电机不转：检查各区电路，手动转动刀轴是否灵活。修整电路、跟换或调整转动部件。Motor fails to work: check the circuit; turn cutter’s shaft by hand to see if it works flexibly; repair circuit, replace or adjust the rotatable components.
2、 出料不畅机腔过热：检查风机是否反转，风管是否密封，风管、出料口是否堵塞，筛网是否过细。Discharging is blocked or machine is too hot: check if fan works reversely or air pipe is sealed; check if air pipe or discharging opening is blocked and sieve pore is too small.
产量达不到要求：检查刀具锋利程度，进料出料是否顺畅，粉碎要求超标。Output is far less than the given capability: check if the cutter is sharp as usual, if the feeding and discharging goes smoothly; if crushing exceeds the given standard.
