工作原理
主电机通过减速机带动磨盘转动，物料经螺旋输送机进入立磨主机内，受重力作用落到磨盘中央，同时风机产生的气流从进风口进入主机。在离心力的作用下，物料从磨盘中央向边缘均匀移动，经过磨盘上的辊道时，受磨辊碾压，大块物料直接被压碎，细物料受挤压后形成料层，进行粒间粉碎。粉碎后的物料继续向磨盘边缘移动，直到被磨盘外围的风口环引导的强气流向上带走，较粗的物料由于自身重力原因重新落回至磨盘内，进行再次碾磨；较细物料则随气流上升进入主机上方的分级系统进行筛选分级，在分级转子叶片的作用下，较粗的物料不能被通过，而被叶片重新打落活磨盘内再次碾磨，合格的细粉将随气流带出分级系统，通过外部管路进入除尘系统，然后经
除尘器将气流与物料分离、收集后，即为成品。另外，物料中的杂物及大颗粒物料会在研磨时，被刮料板刮入排渣口，排出磨体，从而有效的保证了成品的质量。此外还可通过调节液压系统的压力，来调节磨辊的压力，在一定范围内可适应不同硬度的物料需求；通过调节多转子分级系统的转子转速，来调节分级筛选细度，从而获得多种不同规格的合格成品。
